Does anyone have any really good techniques, trips, and tricks when it comes to studying? Like any good apps that help and stuff like that?

The most helpful APP there IMO is Anki. If you can learn how to use it effectively, you will do very well through the 4 years.
I also used Quizlet and random flashcards made by others initially, but going over the Anki cards every day really helped exam days.
