Yale is using alternate procedures. I got an interview invite from them awhile back.

Not sure about UNC. I dont think they are using alternate procedures. I guess they are waiting for electronic AMCAS transmission.

Did you apply MD or MD/PhD to Yale? I'm MD only and I was under review, according to their web status check, on 8/10. When were you under review? Any info would be appreciated--I would really like to go to Yale!
