Anyone having trouble with transcripts loading?

I sent request on the 3rd as soon as I was able to print off the transcript matching form.... I have 5 transcripts to load. Before anyone says wth - military family moved a lot. Anywho, I got confirmation from two schools that it was mailed on the 7th the other 3 the 12th. The latter ones have been uploaded and the first two are Mia! I've called AASDAS multiple times and last time I was told to resend. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Now if one school was pending I could see how it may have gotten lost but two... It's really stressing me out!
