thank u...just hopefully i get accepted somewhere
I wouldn't be too discouraged, I was accepted at two schools and then rejected from Purdue. I definitely would not lose all hope!

Butler is only hard as a transfer student because they accept like 10 a year, if you apply there out of high school it's peanuts to get accepted. Purdue's average accepted gpa last year was 3.8, so i'm not sure where the idea of easy and Purdue correlate.Interesting, because when I was there, people in Indiana love Butler so much, and they said it's very very difficult to get there but easy to get in Purdue.
You're in a private room with no one else, you can do it before or after your interview. For those that have gone through the interview process (obviously not this year, but in past years) at Purdue, are the speaking portions done in front of other people? I know someone said it is recorded, and it's just something like "what's your favorite tv show", but is this done in private? Directly after your interview/by your interviewers?

You go into a room with a labtop and webcamera pointed at you, click start on the labtop and it gives you directions. You read a designated drug monolog off the labtop screen then click next when your done. This then takes you to a new screen which will display a free response oral question. It gives you a few seconds to think about what you want to say then starts recording automatically. You click stop when you're finished. There aren't any do overs and you leave the room when you're done. Can you explain more detail what gonna happen in that room?

All interviews are individual, people may have been confused which to select because you interview with 2 members from the school. There's a faculty member and usually 1 professor. So it's not exactly one on one, but rather one on two.Does anyone know if Purdue is doing interviews one on one or in groups? I looked at the interview feedback and saw both.
Me too!!!!!waiting is killing me now.
Letters in the past have went out during the week of returning from spring break based on Purdue's academic calendar. That would mean you guys should be finding out in about 2 weeks or so.
I am going out of country and I dont know what if I recieve anything in mail and won't be able to rpely back, i mean how much time do we have to call them back.I guess one more week for waiting, then we will know sth, is it right?

You have 14 days if I remember correctly.I am going out of country and I dont know what if I recieve anything in mail and won't be able to rpely back, i mean how much time do we have to call them back.
Letters are out, hopefully you all receive positive news! If you haven't received yours yet don't panic they will be trickling out for the rest of the week.
Thanks for the update. That's pretty nerve racking- but good to know..Letters are out, hopefully you all receive positive news! If you haven't received yours yet don't panic they will be trickling out for the rest of the week.
I was waitlisted also and so was someone else i know just wondering are you instate and what was your stats?
If you guys are going to try and compare stats realize a few things, Purdue does not even look at the PCAT; Volunteering, leadership, and career exploration, as well as interview are heavily weighted. So it's not strictly a number basis...
I'm looking to apply at Purdue next year, and I was just wondering what kind of stuff you guys listed under leadership in the supplemental. I think I have most of my bases covered so far, but I'm having a hard time thinking of leadership activities without reaching all the way back into highschool.
Has anyone lived in the Pharmacy learning community at Purdue? I applied for it and think it'd help me a lot, but I wanna know how much.
No, no school requires the GRE.I know you don't have to take the PCAT when applying to Purdue, but did you have to take the GRE when just applying for Pharmacy?
