Anyone hear from Temple and U of Pitt?

I still haven't heard from these two schools, no initial email stating they have received my app or anything... has anyone else heard from them?

I got the application fee $30 request form in the mail a week ago for Temple.

Nope. I have heard from 14/15 schools. Temple is the only one that hasnt contacted me. =/

Honestly, Im a bit disappointed so far with Temple. When you call the admissions office they have no call waiting or hold - its either busy and you have to call back as if its some kind of hotline, or if youre lucky, youll get someone. After having to call back about 15 this morning I finally got in touch with someone who was incredibly unfriendly, and unhelpful. He spoke so softly I could barely hear him. When I try to send emails to the them I get a response telling me that their inbox is full. I called 8 other schools this morning and the only one I had a problem with was Temple. Im not eliminating my application just yet as I would like to see the school and have an opportunity to learn more about it, but I was wondering if anyone is having the same issues?
