Anyone heard anything from NYU about secondary application yet?

I sent in my check about 3 weeks ago, and they have process it, but haven't heard anything from school yet.
Did anybody receive an e-mail requesting for the secondary application yet?
When is the school going to nofity students about it?

Yes, I sent in a check along the picture too.

so you have to update your information at the interview?
That means, you have to know your information completely well enough to write everything? like.. grades from every quarter? ㅡ.ㅡ;;

Oh, by the way, when did you get the interview invitation last year?

yes updates. Nothing to really stress out over. It's really easy to fill out if you've been a hermit.

hey guys, sorry to be so clueless - but i was wondering, i turned in my application 2 weeks ago but my gpa has not yet been verified. So, I was wondering, I was going to wait until next week to send in the stuff that says "send these materials in at the same time..." Is that okay to do? I figured, since my gpa has not yet been verefied, it won't matter if i wait another week to send that stuff in because it won't be affected, right?

also, i don't have dat scores yet (taking them in late august), so do i have to send a note into the schools that say to send your dats at the same time, saying i don't have it yet? or should i just not send anything to them?

also, do schools let you know that they got your application only after your gpa is verified?

if your gpa hasn't been verified, then your application hasn't been sent to schools. therefore, they don't even know you exist.

send the application fees/pictures ASAP. it's not really an issue for you b/c your application hasn't been sent out, but you should send it before schools get your application so it doesn't hold anything up.

as for DAT, you should have noted on your application that you were taking it in late August. no need to tell the schools something that is already on your application.

BTW are you guys submitting the transcript separately into NYU? Other than the one that has been submitted already through AADSAS? My question pertains to number 5 in the following excerpts. I will find out on Monday when I call them, but it would be nice to know before then.


Admissions/Application Procedure

1. Submit applications directly through the American Association of Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS) 1400 K Street NW, Suite 1100, Washington, D.C. 20005 http://www.adea.org/AADSAS/.
2. The deadline for the receipt of the AADSAS application is February 1st of the year in which admission to dental school is sought. Students are advised to apply well before the deadline.
3. Those candidates invited to the College for a personal admission interviews will complete an NYUCD supplemental application for admission.
4. An application fee of $75.00 must be sent at the time of application. The non-refundable fee should be made payable to the New York University College of Dentistry. Please include passport size photo.
5. Applicants must submit official, final, degree-noted transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
