Anyone here do ROTC while doing pre-med?

Just curious anyone here do ROTC, while being a premed? Isn't ROTC a good way to do leadership and gain money for Med school. I asked my Biology instructor about it and she said it is a good idea. She said she knew someone who did a Navy related ROTC. She said joining the Navy is best, rather than joining the Army. What do you guys think?
