Has anyone been to a Drexel interview yet? Earliest feedback I see is from June 06 for the previous cycle. Does anyone know if there will be 1 or 2 interviewers this year? I saw some kids say they only had 1 while others said they had 2. Thanks

Everyone on my day had 2 interviews: 1 student and 1 faculty. The interview with the student is over lunch and is laid back. According to the Dean, the purpose of the student interview is to assess whether or not you would be a good fit at Drexel. Don't think it holds much weight. Hope that helps...

I had my interview two weeks ago and it was extremely laid back. My faculty interview was with the assistant dean of admissions who was one of the most gracious people I ever met.Talking to her was like talking to an old friend. The student interview was over lunch and was very chill. We talked about the medschool, baseball, and life in philly. Overall it was a very nice interview day as I left feeling that Drexel really cares about it students.

I submitted all my materials on August 14th and according to their online status, everything was recieved by the middle of last month, except there's no indication of receipt for an optional LOR I sent in. But I haven't recieved any notice saying that my application is complete. I have e-mailed their office twice. Once in the middle of September and again last week to ask about the missing LOR, and still nothing. What is up with them? Why won't they respond? Why am I not complete?? 😡

D'oh. Man I had fun at NYMC with you (Rob) and DVN. Seriously, DVN, man you are due! 😎

I haven't done gleaned enough info about the school (except for the 2 curriculum types--PIL seems cool). So, keep these Drexel posts coming. I wish someone would post their experiences on the interview feedback site. When I get a chance I will update the site with my own.

Aww man... I was hoping that the answer to if anyone had received interviews from Drexel was no 🙁

I've been complete since August and I haven't heard anything. 🙁 🙁 🙁

I didn't think my stats were that awful....

By the way, were you guys able to get into the student host program and stay for free? I called them earlier this week but I had to leave a message since nobody was there. They didn't call me back.

Also, did anyone take the train to get there? Or did you all take a taxi?

Anyone who interviewed there this year, how long did the day go? I know the information Drexel gives states 3 PM but we know alot of med schools state certain times but there are optional activities or you can leave once your interview is done and you end up having your day done hours before they say it will end?

Is this the case with Drexel? What time did you guys get out? Thanks

Hey, some others must have already interviewed at Drexel! Can someone please give me some more info about how their interviews went? Any surprises? Tips? The interview feedback hasn't been updated for this year's cycle.

I'll be in Philly tomorrow, any help would be appreciated.🙂

hi minijoy, i had an interview there and really its nothing to stress over at all. there 2 interviews. 1 with a faculty and then 1 with a student. the faculty one they have access to your file but the student one is closed file. you get out around 2pm or so, some people even earlier. good luck!
