As far as I know, January's batch of acceptances were decided by the ad committee in mid January (18-19th). I had my interview early January and I heard back from them a week ago (Jan 30th). I believe that if there are still few spots open after the January batch, you'd probably hear back from them late February - assuming that February ad committee meeting is around 18-19th as well.

If you're accepted anywhere else, I hope you won't turn down their acceptance offer. You might still have a chance but just to let you know you won't be getting their Acceptance Procedure & Deposit Letters until early-March (if my guesstimation is correct). It took me 2 weeks after the committee meeting on the 1/18-19th to find out that I got accepted, it'll take me additional 1-2 weeks for me to secure my spot by doing all the paper work.

I heard UCSF gets full by early Feb which means you probably were part of the last week of interviewees who still has a chance of getting in.
