Hi Sonibun
From what I know Toronto , Western and manitoba usually dont have a very high cut off though i think they prefer if you are close to 80. They process the application as a whole and a lot of other things come in account. Alberta and Dalhousie have a deinite cut which I think last year was about 84.
My advice to u would be apply to all universities as most of them take the september result and also write your exam in september as it will be easier to improve your score now as you have already prepared for it once and now you need to improve. One more thing I am not being negative but just in case you dont improve in september your present score still holds good. If you improve and have already applied to the universities then you have a better chance with the universities that have a cut off.
The decision is for you to make. Hope this helps.
