i was wondering if there is anyone out there who ever apperaed for U of British Columbia's clinical exam.i would like to know what all procedures they ask to do in the exam and what does the PBL means.Hope someone can help me...

I think they show slides or tell about some cases and we should tlk about it?

i never appeared for UBC exam but i kinda have an idea ab it. they will ask u to make a class iii, class ii and do an amalgam filling [all on maxillary arch} but u need to put a rubber dam on it and they give u really limited time to complete all these procedures. so work on u'r speed for that. ab PBl[ problem based learning], i believe they give u a case and u have to come up with u'r own learning objectives and discuss it. rest, i'm not sure ab the type of cases and details ab that.

howz u? i really miss not having u in my class. asked ab u so many times from xioyan han.all the best for ubc.i'll ask one of my classmates who have been to ubc more in detail ab the exam. but concentrate more on timing of the preps.u should be able to put rubber dam in 10 minutes[in a flawless way].if u need any help in any of the exams ,let me know. u r most welcome to come here and practice for the preps before u come for the dal exam.imay god be with u.i'll pray for u.
