I did- got it through eMail as an attached word document. Easy stuff- only asks you why temple? and for a check. eMail the office if you didn't get it. --Trek

oh yeah, i forgot- i'm out of state for temple

I got my Temple secondary via snail mail. I'm out of state, but I believe they send all applicants the secondary...no screening.

I'm out of state, too (NY resident). They definitely don't screen and I received my secondary via e-mail as an attachment. I'd say call the office (depending on how long since you submitted amcas app.) to see what the deal is.

I got one. I am in 🙂 (sunny) california. Received secondary via email on Sep 28. It was a one page word doc.
