I got a C in Physiology. I have Bs-B+ in Chemistry and Orgo. I haven't gotten too deep into physics yet. I am a bit worried. Half of my chemistry is from when I was in undergrad 10 years. The other half is from within the last year. I haven't gotten an A in a class yet. What should I do?

Keep plugging away, but definitely think of alternative career options. Your post-bac is when you're supposed to shine and show us you can handle medical school. We routinely low wait-list people who don't do so.

I get anything less than a 3.5 Post Bach GPA and the Dean will not let me complete my coursework in time to apply to med school for the 2015 incoming class. In other word's get nothing but A's.

I have Bs in my post-bacc, but also A's in upper level science courses such as genetics, cell bio, biochem. my overall and science GPA is a 3.5 but I did get Bs in orgo and physics (I worked hard, I'm just not the best at chem and physics). this was during post-bacc but I was taking the classes for the 1st time. hopefully I'm not out of the running for MD as long as I get a good MCAT.

if traditional students don't need a 4.0 science GPA to get in, then why do us non-trads need a 4.0 in our post-bacc if we are career changers who didn't do poorly in undergrad?

You don't need a 4.0, but honestly, anything less than 3.5 just says you aren't good enough for the science. Besides, if from undergrad you let your brain rot, that's not a good indication.

Admissions at T-Com told me that PB and Science GPA's were the two things that they looked at the most In addition to volunteering, shadowing, research and employment experience gained after graduation. Basically how strong you are in the sciences and what you have been doing since you left school (he actually referenced video games or rather not spending all your time playing them).

Between undergrad and now many non traditional students with a poor undergrad GPA could have improved significantly in PB and Science classes while someone with a high undergrad GPA could have spent all their time working at Walmart and improving his/her (equality) rank on the Xbox leader boards. Your overall science GPA looks pretty solid; coupled with overall good PB work and shadowing you have a shot which all any of us can truly hope for. T-Com admissions did also explain that they are considerate of the fact that we have had lives after finishing school so they take that into consideration; they just want to see how we have been living them.
