has anyone used kaplan medessentials for step 1? Also how do the uworld qbanks work. Are they supposed to be like solely for testing information you learned in first aid (in my case a combo of first aid and kaplan m.e.) or are they also a source of learning where extra knowledge is acquired, some information that may not be in either book?
