It's a flashcard application pretty much. It's multiple choice. It isn't bad - but you kind of need to pick one flashcard app and stick with it imo: Firecracker/usmlestat/anki

Edit: The one thing I do like about it is how you can pick which topic you want to do and the difficulty level out of 100 since each card has a rating 1-100 - so that's pretty nice.
