Anyone using Kaplan?

I've been using Destroyer Math & Sciences 2011, CDP, my Campbell's book, DATqvault, and recently added Kaplan full length exams for the electronic simulation... I'm a huge fan of destroyer and have gone through it about 6x's I can do any problem in destroyer, But then the Kaplan tests r crushing me. Is this an indication of how I'll do on the real exam? Any input would be great. Btw, congrats to all you guys that have been crushing the exam- way to go.

With all prep materials, your mileage may vary.

You're probably feeling good about destroyer since you've done it so many times. Don't let kaplan take down your confidence. Learn from your mistakes but it doesn't matter if you get 18s on the kaplan test, just get 20s or more on the real one 🙂. I didn't do the kaplan tests online, I had the paper copies and they weren't easy. It was not quite "going through achiever" level difficult but it was definitely different than other prep material.

Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't really using Kaplan for the material, rather for timing in an electronic format. I also, have the 07' 08' 09' DAT's.

Where do you find the 07', 08', and 09' DATs?

The earlier ones from my cousin, 09' from ADA site it's 25$ I believe, you'll get it within 2 wks

Ah so you're just having trouble acclimatizing to the format but not really the material? Practice should deal with any format issues you're facing. Of course don't take your scores to be indicative of anything on the real DAT, just learn from your mistakes to ensure you get the most out of your prep time and prep material.
