I read somewhere that it is sometimes helpful to view where the AAMC is getting the information from the passages. It will be located at the end of the passage in small print.
I never gave it much thought until the other day when I was taking one of the AAMC practice exams. In one of the passages they were talking about a virus but did not give the name. So I looked down in the publication information and there it was right in the title...
Anyway ... I am not saying I would have missed the passage questions without it but it did make my understanding of the passage clearer ...
Anyone else using the publication info?
