I'm preparing to reapply after receiving several WLs. I'm wondering if anyone would look over my old personal statement and give suggestions on ways to improve. I'm unsure exactly how much needs to be rewritten. If anyone has reapplied I'd greatly appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

You don't need to mention it in your PS, I did not at least. You'll answer that in secondaries since most of them ask if you're a reapplicant and what you've done to improve your app. So, no need to mention that twice imo
