Hi,
is there anything else we can do right now to prepare ourselves early before the ERAS is ready for us to enter our info.? I know we should be working on the personal statement and CV,but is there anything else that you would recommend doing now?

Work on getting your letters of recommendation. It's usually the letters that hold up your application.

Nonetheless, even if your letters won't be ready anytime soon, I would still try to get that ERAS submitted in early September.
