AOA= Chairman?

So through the interview trail I have been in the offices of about 5 ortho chairman and all of them had their AOA diplomas on their wall. Has this been everyone elses experience? Anyone know any chairmen that aren't AOA?

Look carefully at the dates on those certificates, I bet some of them were elected as residents or faculty.

Do you mean Alpha Omega Alpha or American Orthopaedic Association?
