AP and SAT Books as resources

I just finished High School and still have a AP Chem Review Book and an SAT Bio Book (both from Princeton Review). I do not have any PCAT books yet, but I want to begin preparation ASAP. I figure that since I dint take orgo, microbio, or a&p yet, I would just focus on the general chem and bio right now...

Are the AP Chem and SAT Bio books good to start studying for the chem and bio sections of the pcat???
