Hey guys...i took an AP computer class in High School. I have no idea what my test score was but i never transferred it to my college and it is not a part of my GPA.
Is that how it will stay or do i HAVE to go find it and transfer it?
Do i need to report it when i am applying for Med school? Will it be considered lying about my classes if i don't?
I've been out of high school for two years now.

I just have no idea what has happened to that AP test and if i need to worry about it.
Thank you for any help

You do not have to transfer it to your primary college.

If your college doesn't give you credit for it, you don't need to report it.

Aren't AP classes taken in high school and not at a college? I don't think you need to report it since you didn't get college credit for it. High school grades for AP classes won't show up on a transcript, and I don't think the score will either.

yes they are taken in high school, but they are for college credit. I have been told that we have to transfer Dual credits. is it different criteria for dual credit and AP since the dual credits are through an actual college?

If no transcript from an actual college lists this AP class, you don't have to put it on your app. But if a college transcript from anywhere does list it, you need to submit that transcript and list the class on your application. At my high school, we had both dual enrollment courses and AP courses. Some overlapped, but you had to pay a fee per credit hour for the dual enrollment classes because they would be listed on a college transcript. Is this what you did? Or did you simply take the AP class and test and get a grade for the class on your high school transcript? If the former, you'll need to list that class. If the latter, you don't. Otherwise, AP classes only get you college credit if you submit your scores to a university.

you know on the topic of ap credits the process of taking them and sending to colleges is soo tedious and long and such a piss off -.-
because you cant just take a I.D and your Ap scores which are mailed to you to the college and have them process that..
