I'm a first year student with a TON of AP credit. I'm planning on retaking the science credit, but math and English, I'll skip. The problem is, on these AP exams, I got 4s (out of 5s). Will these be a problem, or affect my sGPA/cGPA, or my LizzyM score in any way?

4 out of 5!!! WOW! Are you sure you deserve to be in college? May need to try community college and build yourself up to a 4 yr school.

OP's other thread for those interested: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=1033550

The scores don't matter as long as the AP Credit is on your COLLEGE transcript. Make sure it is listed there. If it isn't, you can't use it for any prereqs later on.

Credit granted from AP Exams will have no effect on your GPA.

They won't hurt you at all, the med schools will care if your university gave you credit, not the number you scored. What you do need to make sure is whether the schools you are applying to will accept AP credit for their English (most schools require 1 year) and math (many schools require a semester or a year) requirements. I know some med schools will, and some will not, accept AP credit for the science pre-reqs, not sure if they will be more permissive of non-science AP credits in required classes. You will need to check with the actual med schools you are planning on applying to.

Calm down bro, a 4/5 is an 80%. A 3.0 GPA. Of a non-science related class. In high school. Sarcasm not appreciated -,-

Yes, it may be a problem. As someone said, some medical schools require the prerequisite courses be taken in college. For example, since UCLA won't accept AP credit at all, I'm currently taking a calculus course despite doing well on both AP calculus tests. You may as well take calculus and English courses so you don't limit your options.

Ain't how it works brah. If you got a 4, you win, you passed, you get credit for a class.

Your transcript will say CR. You will put it on med school applications as CR. It will not effect your GPA at all.

Good idea to retake the science stuff if you tested out of it, intro stuff can be helpful to boost your GPA.

LizzyM score is a made up number by SDN. It's not important.
