A&L is way easier than Qbank. I've used both. Qbank questions are ridiculously hard sometimes. A&L seems to be more realistic. I don't know for sure, though, I take the exam in about a week.
 
the 3 comprehensive exams, and pretty much all of the sections except behavorial science are realyl good. The biochem section is kinda on the hard side (low yield) but I learned alot from the explanations.
