A bachelors may give you the advantage in regards to advanced study habits due to taking upper level courses but almost all schools do not discriminate if you only do the pre reqs. That may change in the future however.

It might be in the interest of money if you don't get a bachelor's. If you just do your pre reqs at a CC and apply broadly Im sure youll get in somewhere.
