Hello,
Now that fellowship match has occurred, I thought it would be good time for recently matched applicants and current fellows and attendings, offer up some words of advice to those preparing to apply this weekend. Make sure your application is actually complete.

Don't use interviews as an opportunity to complain about colleagues and previous mentors.
