So I will be graduating this may and I am looking at things to do for the summer and year during the 2010 application cycle. Does it matter much what activities I do while applying? I am currently looking at a job that pays a little more than any other job I am qualified for yet it is not even slightly related to medicine, carpentry. I feel that my ECs are solid; I have about 600 hours of clinical experience along with 400 additional hours of volunteer work and 1.5 full years of research. Is this something that I should be concerned about?
Thanks
