Application deadlines? When is too late?

I am going back to school to finish the pre-requisite courses for dentistry. I am planning to take Bio 1/Bio 2 & Chem 1/Chem 2, the 2009/2010 academic year. I have completed all the other pre-requisites, however, I would hopefully take organic chem over the summer.

If I take the DAT by late august, early september, would I be able to make the 2011 application cycle, or will most of the interview seats already be filled?

the seats will not be filled yet because the earliest they can offer acceptances is december 1. however, it's very important to know that the earlier the better and probably the first interview invites are being sent out in september.
