What is more valuable on the resume when applying as an international dentist on CAAPID: Dental Assistant experience in foreign country or research assistant in foreign country?

Local, US, experience is more valuable, because it is verifiable and less likely to be falsified

It depends on your profile. Both are beneficial. Both would be more beneficial if they were US-based.
