Going through this whole application process has been an incredible pain so far. Thanks to the fact that PASS doesn't "process" undergraduate transcripts I've had to contact every university I took classes at and request that they send a ridiculous number of transcripts to my programs. (The looks I get from the office people when I turn in the requests are enough to make you want to make a quick exit!) It turns out my transcript requests have been sitting on someone's desk for the past week- the only reason I found out was because I had to physically visit the office and inquire. Nobody answers phones now adays and leaving voice mail is about as useful as talking to yourself. Has anyone else had problems like this? Sorry to vent, but I'm curious...

Yes, everyone goes through it. It stinks, I agree, but you'll get through it and be fine.
 
I feel your pain, i have posted before in regards to this....i suggest you send an email to some of the moderators at PASS. The more they here the same complaints the more likely something will be done....i mean why pay for a centralized application when you have to send all the information seperatley anyway. Thousands of dollars and they cant accept a 2nd transcript.

I just heard too that there were a lot of mistakes this year in the board scores, since the deans (or their secretary) reports the scores. I heard they were screwing up the old and the new versions, and it was creating a big mess. I agree, why are we paying all this money for this service that is not very "customer service friendly?"
 
Do the programs have a way to know whether you took the old or new version? Is the dean (secretary) supposed to note this?
