Yeah, some do, usually on the secondary application. I used passport-sized photos.

A minority ask for a picture on their secondaries, a minority of those require one. They are generally 2'' by 2''.

These sizes are about right, but keep in mind that some schools have specific requirements. If specific dimensions are important, they will typically give instructions with the secondary materials. But avoid sending a big 'ol 8.5x11 framed pic as i'm not sure how this would be recieved 😉

When I autographed my application photos, they went up so much in value, they were essentially bribes.

A lot of the schools with electronic application give you the option of uploading a digital photo.
