application problem

hey everyone. i am filling out my primary now and have a problem. i spent a semester abroad and on my transcript it says just that i received 9 credits of study abroad. the problem is that the place doesn't send out a real looking transcript. they sent my home school a normal piece of paper listing courses and grades but it doesn't look anything like a transcript. i don't even know how to contact them to send it to AACOM. any suggestions? s
