I am a caribbean medical student who has done all my third and fourth year rotations in US hospitals. Is it necessary or will it be helpful to include these rotations under the "experience" category of my application. I am unsure whether programs expect that or not. Thanks

Redundant and completely unnecessary. Your transcript should say where your rotations were at.
