Just wanted to ask a question. Is submitting application last week of June considered late? I'm just waiting for my transcripts to be received (didn't know as a reapplicant I had to re- deliver them.). Thanks!

What is considered late? I hear September is late but I also hear August is too.

Since it's July 14th and it takes like 4 weeks to get verified, should we factor in verification time?

I need my committee to interview me still, and they need to write their letter, can I submit before I have these letters?
