I was going to apply for podiatry school in August, but I decided to take my MCAT then so I can have time to study over the summer. Also, with fall courses, I can add more courses to my sGPA. Would I still be able to apply for fall 2014 matriculation if I apply in mid-December?

You can definetely apply then. The bulk of podiatry apps I wanna say are around Feb.
