Applicaton Recieved Communication?

Did most of you receive communication from your schools saying they got your application? The school I applied early decision for hasn't said anything. PTCAS says it was mailed 7/27, but I have myself paranoid it somehow didn't get there. I'm sure that's silly, but I was wondering if most schools let you know they have your application?

I was in a similar situation. I called to make sure. They had sent one but it had gone to my spam. I had to switch my email. I suggest calling to check.

Oh my god! It was in spam! I had checked it yesterday and somehow overlooked it. I feel so stupid. But I have an interview! Woohoo! Thanks.
