Applied dual degree in primary but changed mind in secondary

I applied dual degree (MD/MPH) in my primaries for some schools. I have recently realized that at some of those institutions, I am not so interested in their dual degree programs. In the secondaries, I again have the option to choose between regular MD or MD/MPH, can I just change it to MD now?
