apply in german med schools

hi guys.i'm from iran and i wanna continue my studies in one of german med schools.
the question is 'do i need to be accepted in one my own country's med schools
to apply for example in Freie Universität Berlin
btw i'm gonna be graduated from highschool in 1 year.
