Hello guys,

I'm in need of some advice, and I would definitely appreciate some insight.......I truly have my heart set on applying this cycle. Originally I was going to apply last year but unfortunately due to a low score on the MCAT I was not able to. I'm aiming for a retake in early September, I'm currently working on practice problem and will be ready to start on practice test in three weeks. Will a September test date be to late to apply this cycle????

Yes, it is too late; a September test date means you will have your scores sent to medical schools in October. This means they won't even be getting your primary until they have already interviewed a large number of students. Your chances are MUCH better if you wait to apply next cycle. Applying this cycle MIGHT get you in somewhere, depending on your numbers and your luck, but applying early next cycle is your best chance of getting into the best schools possible.
