Apply to pain fellowship in McGill university?

First of all maybe this is not the right place to ask this, that being said:

Hi everyone, I’m a Mexican anesthesiologist currently in pain fellowship based out of Europe (private one). As a way to compliment my studies im thinking about a pain fellowship in McGill university. Anybody have any tips how to apply there?

Edit: really only want this as a way to further my training and education. I do not wish to leave my country permanently, only for the fellowships
