apply to university michigan?

I was interested in applying to University of Michigan but saw it was a state school. if my grades arent top notch is it even worth applying?

their website states that their average gpa is 3.4 and average dat is 19. it also says about 60% will be in state and 40% out of state. I don't know what your grades/gpa is like, but if it was much lower than their stated averages then if it was me i would probably not apply. that is just me though, if you really really want to go there then by all means shoot for it.
