Applying EM, question about LoR and SLOE

Hi everyone, I'm a OMS4 applying EM this cycle. I had a question regarding LoR. I currently have letters from a EM doc, cardio, and IM. My auditions will be in August, September, and October. On residency apps, should I only send 1 LoR and wait for 2 SLOEs to come in?

Also is september too late for a SLOE considering I'll probably have the letter around mid october?

You could prob open an application and faceroll your keyboard and get into EM now. I wouldnt sweat it.

Considering it had like almost 600 open spots this past year , you’ll be fine lol

555 EM spots did not fill in Match

1/6 of EM spots did not fill pre-SOAP. 😳
