We can't know what kind of 50 programs you applied and the rest of your application. I'd recommend applying to at least 50 more and be realistic by applying to less desirable locations

I concur, it’s time to make sure you are applying to places others don’t want

I agree, add 50 more places. I have red flags on comlex exams but none on step. I applied acgme 100+ programs and I was able to get 10+ interviews in Sept - early Oct.
