I'm a newbie here, so please bear with me 😀

Around May/June 2009, the application opens and I fill out the stuff about me, essay, grades, extracurriculars, jobs, etc.

HOWEVER, can I submit the application without transcripts and/or LORs and/or MCAT? Or do they all HAVE to be there in order for me to submit and become verified?

Mcat schedule is in June/July, so I'll be applying a bit late. 🙄
Thanks!! 🙂

Your transcripts must be received and you must have submitted and paid your fees in order to start the verification process. You would check the box saying the MCAT will be taken. You only have to list one school if you're not confident of your MCAT score. Once the score is back, you can easily add and pay for additional schools and have the entire application received by your schools within one business day.

Yeah it has to have your transcripts. If you do a quarter system like many around here, just submit a transcript without your Spring grades early (May) and then send an update later - that way you'll be able to get your AMCAS verified that much sooner.

You don't have to have an MCAT to submit, but be advised that most schools won't review your application until that score comes in. You should still be fine, though.

can you send in transcripts before submitting application?
