Applying late for 2012

Would sending my AAMC paperwork with my (hopefully) incresed GPA and MCAT scores on August 24 be too late?

I'm trying to schedule my MCAT and figure when I should submit for AAMC paperwork. I was thinking that I'd take the MCAT on July 24. This would be the earliest that I would feel comfortable taking the MCAT (with my hectic schedule).

My GPA isn't great but after this semester and summer classes (to replace my less than stellar bio and orgo I grades), I should have a GPA of around 3.3.

MSUCOM - I'm at MSU now and love their DO program - first choice

LECOM
OUCOM
OSUCOM

UMDNJ-SOM
UNTHSC/TCOM

That is right around when I was complete with AACOMAS, and I was accepted to MSUCOM in early October.
