I'm applying next semester and I would really love some suggestions to strengthen my application and solidify my school list! I'm a senior so I'm taking a gap year.

sGPA: 3.26 - 3 C's sophomore year; retook Orgo with B+, one W freshman spring semester and one W junior fall semester; I'm not taking any sciences in upcoming spring
MCAT: 511 (my only practice score so far) - taking in January and aiming for 516
State: New Jersey
Ethnicity: Asian
Undergraduate Institution: Private Liberal Arts
Major (Minor): Sociology (Chinese)
Clinical ECs
500+ hrs Cerebral Palsy patient care
300+ hrs family practice intern
100 hrs ER volunteering
50 hrs family physician shadowing (hoping to get in some DO shadowing next semester)
50 hrs Medical volunteer at annual Special Olympics
8 hrs cardiovascular surgeon shadowing
Non-clinical ECs
600+ hours working as chapter president of student-run homeless shelter
180 hrs Intern in Business Department of hospital
400+ Summer TA for English in Taiwan (2 summers)
Policy & Standards Board of Sorority
Student Leader in Campus Ministry Department of University
Random things
I have a rare medical condition that has made me gone in and out of hospitals and doctors offices as a patient up to 9th grade. I'm going to write about that in my personal statement. My dad's a family physician and so I have legacy at NYMC; I'm not sure if that matters in med applications.
Current School List - do I need to fill in gaps/take some out? I don't know what resources to use. I've just been doing my own research on each school's website.
