Hey guys,

Quick Q. I have 3 LORs uploaded to the system with one pending. It is coming from my research guy, and it will probably get in within this week.

Apply today or wait a bit on this letter? The other letters are pretty strong, and I am just not sure of the consequences of uploading a letter after applying.

You can just add the letter later I believe.

Can I attach another letter instead, submit the application, then change the letter later?

No I don't think so. You can add one later, but you can't remove one that has already been added... to the best of my knowledge.

Correct. Submit with three and add the fourth later. You can't remove a letter once submitted, and the max is 4.
