hey everyone,
my eyes were recently opened to podiatry school by a cousin of mine who is attending podiatry school at Scholl. I have completed my application and am just waiting to get a letter of rec from a podiatrist. I am going to be shadowing one next week. I have a horrible undergrad gpa. finished my degree with a 2.45. i did my own post bac for a year at a local university and finished with a 3.2 in all upper div science classes. i have a 24 mcat with 07V 08P 09B. which schools do you think i have a shot at?

you have a strong mcat and post bac is significantly higher than ur ugrad so it shows improvement. I can't tell you which schools you have a better chance at than others, but you probably stand a decent chance of getting into at least one of these schools, generally speaking.

Des Moines University SPM should definitely be one of those schools.
Min. req's/ave. student profile is 2.5+ cGPA and 24+ MCAT score.

thanks for the input..i am just going to apply to all of them and see what happens. get to spend the day with a podiatrist tomorrow...im excited to be back in a healthcare setting..its been a while since my volunteering days. ill keep you guys updated and also post any other question i may have.
