Hello,
Planning to apply to cardio fellowship again after working 2 yrs as hospitalist. Would you reuse some of old LORs vs ask them to rewrite and who else would you ask for new LOR?
Also, wondering what are some experiences you can include from working as hospitalist that can help add to the personal statement?
Any other general advice from anyone who has applied as a hospitalist is appreciated! Thanks!

Regarding the LORs, I think fine to use Cardiology ones from residency however would add one from your current division director as long as you think it will be positive. If you work with a lot of Cardiologists at your hospitalist job and you think they'd write you a good one you could get new ones from them as well imo. Not speaking from personal experience but seen this approach work for others.
