Applying to Med School before starting TFA?

I want to do TFA after graduation. I'm currently a third-year in undergrad at a well known public university. I have a 3.9 GPA and a decent MCAT score. I heard that some medical schools are affiliated with TFA and grant two year deferment especially for TFA. I'm trying to decide whether to apply this upcoming cycle after my junior year or after my year as I begin TFA...What do you recommend? Do most medical schools give the 2 year deferment? Would I be too busy with starting TFA to focus on med school apps? Any and all advice would be helpful!
